Hey, I'm Jordyn!

For years, I battled chronic depression, bouts of anxiety, and a body that never seemed to fully heal—no matter how many changes I made or modalities I tried.

It wasn’t until I discovered hypnotherapy that everything started to shift.

Not just in my mind, but in my body, my emotions, and my ability to move forward without falling into old patterns or a relapsing of symptoms.

Now, I help others do the same—by guiding them to heal the root cause of their patterns, to rebuild trust with their body, and to start working with their subconscious mind rather than against it so they can finally feel the freedom, vitality, and alignment they've been searching for.

opportunity that should not be missed."

What Does a Typical Session Look Like?

1

Comfort First

Sessions are held virtually, so you can relax in your own space—where your subconscious naturally feels safer and more open.

2

Set Your Intention

We begin by discussing the issue consciously. Together, we identify the emotional thread or belief that leads us back to the root cause.

3

Enter a Relaxed State

You’ll be guided into a calm, focused state—similar to that in-between space just before falling asleep. This is the alpha or theta brainwave state, where deep inner work becomes possible.

4

Access the Subconscious

In this state, the brain regions responsible for emotional regulation, memory, and problem-solving become more active, while the critical, self-judging voice quiets down.

5

Stay in Control

You remain fully conscious and aware throughout the session. You won’t say or do anything you don’t want to. There’s no reliving trauma—just gently shifting what no longer serves you.

6

Experience Real Shifts

Clients often describe sessions as calming, clarifying, and surprisingly powerful—like watching an interactive movie that guides them to connect to their authentic self that used to feel just out of reach.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is hypnosis, really?

Hypnosis is a relaxed, focused state where your brain shifts into alpha and theta waves — like the space between waking and sleep. During this state, the part of your brain responsible for self-judgment and overthinking (the default mode network) quiets down, while areas linked to emotional regulation and problem-solving become more active. You're not asleep or out of control — just deeply present and open to change.

Will I lose control or say something I don’t want to?

No. You stay fully in control throughout the session. You won’t say or do anything that goes against your values. In fact, we can do an entire session without you speaking a word if that feels safer — I guide everything internally.

Does hypnosis work as well online?

Yes — often even better. Being in your own space helps your subconscious relax. Virtual sessions also help rewire the pattern of constantly seeking something “out there” to feel better. It teaches your mind that safety and answers are available right here, right now.

I’ve tried therapy, coaching, breathwork… how is this different?

Most modalities teach you how to manage your inner world. Hypnosis lets you rebuild it. Instead of learning to navigate old roads, we change the infrastructure itself — like redesigning the blueprint that created the pattern in the first place.

What does hypnosis feel like?

It feels like a deep daydream or guided meditation. You’re relaxed, but aware. Most people feel calm, grounded, and connected to themselves — not “under” or out of it.

Is it safe? Are there any risks?

Yes, hypnosis is safe and widely used for therapeutic purposes. You can’t get stuck in trance, and nothing happens without your permission. If anything feels off, we stop immediately — your nervous system leads the way.
